Without Karen, there's no way I'd now be living in my dream home. She is so incredibly knowledgeable - the fact that this is her entire full time focus makes a tremendous difference as compared to other realtors who just "dabble." Her many years of experience shone through every part of the process, helping us know which properties were the best value, which homes would meet my family's goals, and even what a reasonable offer should be. I have and will continue to refer her to everyone I know, whether they are buying or selling. Karen is not only skilled, but she is a joy to be around - you spend a lot of time with the realtor you choose, so why not choose someone who is as pleasant as she is?! Bottom line: don't buy or sell your home without her!
